Privacy policy
This policy explains how Neuron Dynamics ("we") handles personal data collected through this website, safe-flow.tech. We follow the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.
What we collect
- Demo and pilot requests: your name, work email and company, whether you asked for a demo or the pilot, the page language, the page address and the time of your request.
- Booking a call: if you book a time, the booking is made through Google Calendar and Google receives the details you enter there.
- Emails you send us.
The website remembers your theme and language choice in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, arrange a demo or pilot, and follow up about SafeFlow. We do not sell your personal data.
Who processes it
Demo requests are stored using Google services (Google Apps Script and Google Sheets), and bookings use Google Calendar. The promo video is served from our storage on Cloudflare. These providers may process data outside Hong Kong.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as we are in contact about SafeFlow, and delete them on request.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@safe-flow.tech.
Data in the SafeFlow service
This policy covers the website only. Business data that customers connect to SafeFlow is handled under the agreement with each customer.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
私隱政策
本政策說明 Neuron Dynamics（「我們」）如何處理經本網站 safe-flow.tech 收集的個人資料。我們遵守香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章）。
我們收集的資料
- 示範及試用申請：你的姓名、工作郵箱和公司名稱、你申請的是示範還是試用計劃、網頁語言、網頁地址及提交時間。
- 預約傾談：如你預約時間，預約經 Google Calendar 進行，Google 會收到你在該處填寫的資料。
- 你發送給我們的電郵。
網站會在你瀏覽器的本機儲存空間記住你選擇的主題和語言。這些資料只留在你的裝置上，不會傳送給我們。
資料用途
我們只會用你的資料回覆你、安排示範或試用，以及跟進 SafeFlow 相關事宜。我們不會出售你的個人資料。
處理資料的服務供應商
示範申請透過 Google 服務（Google Apps Script 及 Google Sheets）儲存，預約使用 Google Calendar，宣傳影片由我們在 Cloudflare 的儲存空間提供。這些供應商可能在香港以外處理資料。
保留期限
我們會在與你就 SafeFlow 保持聯絡期間保留申請資料，並會應要求刪除。
你的權利
你可電郵至 admin@safe-flow.tech，要求查閱、更正或刪除你的個人資料。
SafeFlow 服務中的數據
本政策只適用於本網站。客戶連接到 SafeFlow 的業務數據，按我們與各客戶的協議處理。
